PayPal Risk Video

As part of their ongoing efforts in the U.S. to improve user experience and reduce purchase issues for their users - PayPal wanted to stress the importance of keeping your profile updated to make for smoother, quicker and safer transactions.

Digital White worked closely with the client in drafting and finalising the 60 second script. We then storyboarded an engaging animation that integrated several key screenshots to enhance the importance of keeping personal details up-to-date. To make sure that we kept full creative control and to ensure it was the correct feel for the video, we also sat in on the voiceover recordings via trans-Atlantic conference calls.

Created using Motion, Final Cut Studio and GarageBand, we managed to produce a fun and easy-to-follow demo for PayPal’s millions of users in the States.
